Regarding technical equipment the living room features a flat screen TV with DVD and a docking station for your smartphone/tablet. Besides that you will also find a selection of DVDs and books.

The dining are that is furnished with high-quality oak wood parquet flooring features a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and professional knife block. A separately located SMEG refrigerator with freezer compartment is also part of the kitchen.
Bedroom
The bedroom – furnished with high-quality oak wood parquet flooring as well – is set up with a comfortable king-sized bed (180cm x 200cm) with health mattresses (2 different levels of hardness) and an adjustable slatted frame. Additionally you will find a luggage bench, a chest of drawers and a closet with a safe inside.
Bathroom
The daylight bathroom is covered with a black granite floor and offers a shower bathtub, WC, heated towel rail, hair-dryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries.
Balcony
The 1 x 5 metres wooden balcony with view on the inner courtyard and the surrounding houses features a charming seating area.
Parking
The city apartment is located in the pedestrian zone that you can access from 6-10am and 8-10pm to load and unload your car. Upon request we will book a parking space in the parking garage that is only a two minutes’ walk from the holiday apartment. You will receive the required parking card upon arrival.
